Breathwork can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and trauma, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that changes lives and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox.
I am a Certified Clarity Breathwork Guide and have studied how to facilitate breathwork for individuals and groups with both Ashanna Solera & Dana Dharma Devi. I offer this work in person or virtually for people all over the country via Zoom; long-distance work is just as powerful and effective as in-person work, as I have confirmed myself, receiving many long-distance healing sessions over the years.
Breathwork is an invaluable complement to other forms of healing, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, Reiki, and so on, as it allows you to begin to access and release the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and fears that might lie in between you and your best possible physical health and vibrancy.
In addition, I've seen breathwork lead to major shifts and breakthroughs in creative projects, as it opens up a unique receptive mind space for ideas and inspiration to come through clearly and be received. We are all fundamentally creative, whether we use our creativity consciously or not; breathwork is for all of us, including anyone who would like to be more in touch with their innate creativity, whether to support conception or finding your unique voice and self-expression.

Kundalini Yoga & Pranayama
Kundalini Yoga is a school of yoga that is influenced by Tantra schools of Hinduism & Shaktism. It derives it’s name through a focus on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of Mantra, Tantra, Yantra, Yoga or Meditation. Our classes will be focused on bringing energy to the spine and other key parts of the body. We will also focus on breath to aliven and awaken our pranic bodies.
This style of yoga is for everyone no matter your age or relationship with yoga. Classes revolve around targeting key areas of the body to enhance optimal flow of energy. We also breathe...and we breathe a lot.. which is key when it comes to optimizing our health and re-balancing our systems.
Energy Work
Hands on healing is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation. It involves the practitioner placing hands on a patient’s body, including the head, shoulders, arms, hands, knees, ankles, and feet etc. This light touch influences the biofield & human energy system which helps facilitate the body’s “relaxation response”. When the body is relaxed, it can more easily get in touch with its own natural ability to heal and attain balance, whether our current challenges are on the level of mind/body/spirit, or all three. The extensive quantitative research shows that Reiki Healing can assist with the following:
Reduce anxiety, tension, and stress; fatigue; and pain
Enhance the quality of sleep
Promote balance in our bodies biorhythm
Improve immunity
Ease effects of trauma and PTSD
