One on One Rebirthing Breathwork and Reiki sessions are a very powerful way to transform your consciousness and your life. When you breathe deeply in a cyclic rhythm - expanding your lungs & oxygenating your body, you begin tapping into different parts of your brain that you normally don't have access to in your daily life. You activate your limbic brain (your emotional center) and from there, you start to release suppressed emotions and trauma from your body. You begin to clear out your subconscious mind & let go of all the stuff that no longer serves you. You experience your brain's natural DMT being released and your begin to access insights & heightened clarity around your life. You become clear and understand things from a more expanded perspective.

Every session involves sharing, intuitive counseling and coaching, as well as approximately 75 minutes of circular, connected breathing. The emphasis is on increasing awareness of the present moment and allowing what is most important to reveal itself. At the close of the session, there is time to share your experience, integrate and understand the process on a deeper level.
