No one one can disagree, breath is the source of life.
In yoga, we take it one step further and refer to the breath as Prana or lifeforce energy, that which feeds the body-spirit mechanism.
When we begin to familiarize ourselves with this force and harness it with intention, the body naturally responds to find homeostasis with its original source.
Energy moves.
The system slows down enough to get intimate with sensations.
We develop a greater sensitivity to Source.
And we begin to tap into an infinite stream of awareness that opens us up to intuition - Knowing what you need to know, when you need to know it.
Miracles start to happen.

After years and years of yogic study and healing practice, I have always come back to the breath. It has helped me overcome my own personal life challenges, and I have witnessed it be a catalyst for growth for my many clients over the years.
In contemplative practices we ask, “What is alive in you? What breathes in you?” If you are in the midst of change or processing any kind of trauma the answer to this question may be difficult to answer.
Emotions such as pain, grief, or anger may be fully alive, and often feel “stuck”- Sometimes we can even sense where these emotions reside in the body.
When we breathe consciously we literally feed the soul. With the breath we can process these emotions without the excessive talk therapies that can keep us in a mental-emotional loop.
As your guide, my intention is to create a safe place for you to engage with this healing force inside of you. My sessions combine the power of Breathwork with energy healing as well as gentle Hatha & Kundalini Yoga.
My hope is that you engage in deeper intimacy with yourself, and in essence heal yourself. Cultivating this loving intimacy with your Self is the ultimate Tantric relationship.
Your breath leads the way.
HOW TO WORK WITH ANNIE:
“There is one way of breathing that is shameful and constricted. Then, there’s another way: a breath of love that takes you all the way to infinity.”
